Now, Annie is excited to work in an environment where she can create a friendly culture and apply her coaching and training skills to a brand she’s passionate about.

Who Is Annie Wang?

Annie is proud of the life she’s built with her 13-year-old daughter, which includes travel, being a homeowner, and supporting herself through over a decade of career experience in the high-powered corporate world. In her previous position, she was an expert at bringing structure to ambiguous environments, helping companies establish their brand and presence in the market, and leading strong teams with exceptional interpersonal culture.

In the professional world, she’s proud of building a high-achieving team from two people to over 30 people in a five-year period, working with a high-growth startup from its origination through its IPO. She is looking forward to bringing her knowledge and expertise as a leader to her new location of Zoom Room.

Why Did Annie Make a Career Change?

While Annie enjoyed many accomplishments in her previous positions, she was growing tired of working for other people and not having a seat at the decision-making table. When she found out about the possibility of owning a franchise, she viewed it as the next step toward building the financial and professional future that she has envisioned for herself.

Self-employment is an attractive proposition for Annie because she’ll be able to build the culture that she wants in her workplace and cultivate a strong team of employees who are sure to thrive under her expert guidance.
