After two decades of corporate leadership roles, Bob Mondron came to FranCoach fed up and desiring for something different. Rising the corporate ladder was fine for a while. Eventually though, the risk and uncertainly of corporate world, the frustration of the job search process, and the realization that years of hard work was making someone else rich, Bob was ready to try his hand at business ownership.However, Bob was like many other FranCoach clients.
