Karlton Cole spent the past decade working long hours to grow to his career with some of the biggest home construction companies in the industry. All of that hard work helped him to become Vice President of Operations of Meritage Homes before he suddenly found himself in a career search looking for a new position.Like so many talented professionals in a transition, Karlton had always dreamt of owning his own business and felt this was the time to explore other possibilities.
