The Transition to Business Ownership
After connecting with FranCoach, the brothers worked to determine their ideal owner role, the type of customers they wanted, and how all of that would align with their desire to make a positive impact in the community. Greg and Jerry vetted 3 different franchisers. Two of the three were strong potential fits, but as they continued through the Discovery Process, the path to ownership became clear.
