# Food and Beverage Entrepreneur Set to "Grow" His New Franchise

Ryan Masters had owned a restaurant and bar and worked for some of the top companies in that industry but was ready for a new opportunity. Ryan wanted something that still gave him the chance to build a successful business but do so with a much better lifestyle.

 

Ryan looked at some franchise options in the past but had not been able to find a good match. Then he connected with the [FranCoach](https://www.francoach.net/) team.
