Steve Barrett came to FranCoach the same way so many others have – frustrated and fed up with working in corporate world. After decades of being a highly successful leader in sales, marketing, and product management, Steve began to get "tired of the corporate shuffle" and wondered if there was something better out there for his career.
Finding the Perfect Match
After working with FranCoach to determine what that "something better" might look like, Steve quickly zeroed in on one of the franchise options he was given to vet. The farther along in the Discovery Process Steve went, the clearer the choice really was. After a visit to the franchise headquarters of AdvantaClean, the choice was clear.Who is AdvantaClean?AdvantaClean is a national leader in light environmental services by providing services such as emergency water removal, mold removal, and air duct cleaning. For Steve, the ability to make a difference in the community for customers was a big priority, and so was the chance to provide job opportunities and career paths for his future team. AdvantaClean's team and their incredible infrastructure to help owners succeed sealed the deal.
Steve is headed to training in July and is set to open his business in the Boston area in August.
