Lloyd Lay had built an impressive corporate resume while working with some of the biggest companies in the world such as Coca-Cola and Delta Airlines. However, as happens all too often, even the largest of corporations downsize and those near the top of the org chart can be the easiest to let go. When this happened to Lloyd, it became an opportunity to explore the potential of working for himself which had been his long time goal.
This drive towards business ownership led Lloyd to connect with the team at FranCoach. Lloyd worked with the experts at FranCoach to determine what his ideal owner role and business model would be. He was then connected to four potential franchise matches.
Lloyd immediately saw the possibilities for success in each of the four and eagerly began the vetting process. Though all four appeared to be great fits, as the process continued, Lloyd and his wife Niki zeroed in on the one that was the perfect match. After attending a virtual Discovery Day, the Lay's know they had found their new franchise - Senior Helpers.
Senior Helpers is the leading franchise in the booming in-home care industry. Senior Helpers offers a full spectrum of services for their clients with a culture of caring and compassion. Lloyd and Niki really wanted a business that would allow them to make a positive impact in the community with their customers and by becoming a key employer as well.
The Lay's used FranCoach financial partner Guidant Financials’ ROBS program to fund their new business. Lloyd and Niki are launching their new office this fall just south of Atlanta and will cover a huge swath of south Georgia.
Please join the FranCoach team in congratulating Lloyd, Niki and Senior Helpers on another outstanding franchise match.
