# FranCoach helps AdvantaClean Expand into Houston

During Ramiro Visbal's first conversation with FranCoach, Ramiro was convinced he was far too risk averse to begin a franchise. He had spent most of his career in a variety of finance-related roles, and in the last decade, he was a Director of Finance for a large international cement company.

Ramiro was intrigued by business ownership and was not having much luck finding a new corporate position. After a few weeks, his risk aversion was lessening, and a few weeks later, Ramiro and his whole family had realized franchise ownership was the right path for them. The main question was which franchise would be the best fit?
