A resident of Washington, Melissa had an impressive 13-year career as an executive at a technology services company. While at her previous position, she actually worked with a lot of franchises to help them with their payment processing and payroll solutions. With this window into the world of franchising, Melissa had seen so many other people succeed – and she was ready to find that success for herself.

Melissa is a mother of four, plus she is in the process of adopting her two-year-old niece. She is immensely proud of her family and wanted a career opportunity that would give her the flexibility and freedom to spend more time with them while still maintaining a fulfilling work-life balance.
