A resident of Massachusetts, Kyle has worked in the construction industry for years and is thrilled to take on this opportunity. He considers becoming a father his greatest achievement, but he now has another exciting accolade to add to that list: He is a business owner!

Who Is Kyle Borseti?

At just 34 years old, Kyle is already making a name for himself in the world of construction. He graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, an achievement that enabled him to achieve much success as a Preconstruction Manager for a large commercial construction firm in the Boston Metropolitan Area.

Kyle lives with his family just outside of the city, and he strongly values the time that he gets to spend with them. In fact, that is one of the biggest motivators behind his career change. Kyle wanted more flexibility and time to spend being a great father and husband.

Why Did Kyle Make a Career Change?

Although Kyle had seen high levels of success in his previous job, he was growing tired of seeing all his time and earnings going toward the company he worked for instead of toward himself. He was devoting all of his time and energy to a large company and was left feeling burned out from long hours and compensation that he knew he could exceed.

With his family in mind, Kyle set out to make a change. His dream of running his own business and building something flexible and lucrative spurred him to connect with FranCoach, where he engaged in a high-level Discovery Process to find a franchise that would fit his needs.
