# Long Island Supercuts Under New Management

Tom Sheridan came to FranCoach with an incredibly high-level of corporate experience. Having served as a Vice President in charge of both Business Performance Management and Planning and Analysis for two of the largest insurance companies in the world, Tom felt it was time to run a business of his own.

Tom and the FranCoach team walked through the Discovery Process and quickly found an option that stood out over the others. Tom's background and experience made a resale particularly attractive and if it was with a larger franchisor, even better. FranCoach found such an opportunity for Tom. After completing the vetting process and attending Discovery Day, Tom was awarded a unique opportunity with Supercuts.

[Supercuts](https://www.supercuts.com/) is the premier brand in the hair industry with over 2,600 stores. Supercuts is part of Regis Corporation which is the global leader in hair care with over 9,000 stores worldwide. Supercuts looks for owners who can manage multi-unit operations as their average franchisee owns six salons.

Tom will be immediately acquiring three existing Supercuts stores on Long Island, NY and then opening a fourth new location in 2020. Congratulations to Tom and the next time you are in the NYC area and need a haircut please stop by one of Tom's Supercuts locations.
