Tom Sheridan came to FranCoach with an incredibly high-level of corporate experience. Having served as a Vice President in charge of both Business Performance Management and Planning and Analysis for two of the largest insurance companies in the world, Tom felt it was time to run a business of his own.Tom and the FranCoach team walked through the Discovery Process and quickly found an option that stood out over the others. Tom's background and experience made a resale particularly attractive and if it was with a larger franchisor, even better. FranCoach found such an opportunity for Tom. After completing the vetting process and attending Discovery Day, Tom was awarded a unique opportunity with Supercuts.
