Fitness might not seem like an ideal match on the surface, but her passion for helping people improve their lives and truly making a difference was in perfect alignment with the My House Fitness approach. Additionally, her son Jeremiah had a strong passion for the fitness industry, which gave the mother and son duo the chance to work together on this new business venture. They eventually launched their own My House Fitness location.

My House Fitness is an emerging boutique fitness brand based out of Florida. The founders of My House Fitness launched their brand to serve an under-served need in the fitness industry. Many of their clients are either beginners or those who have not worked out for some time. Both groups appreciate the My House Fitness focus on personalized attention in a non-threatening way from trainers who care and take the time to create an individualized plan for success.Shelly and Jeremiah plan on launching their first location in the Minneapolis market towards the end of 2017.
