With years of experience as an analyst for the U.S. Navy, James is looking forward to parlaying his military knowledge and passion for data analysis into a career that will afford him the flexibility he’s been looking for while impacting the lives of motivated entrepreneurs. 

Who Is James Clark?

James’ proudest achievement is being a father to his three young children – followed closely by his many accomplishments in the Navy. In his previous positions, he has strongly valued helping others achieve success. He’s coached people through marathon training, consulted on projects regarding systems and processes, and has completed extensive military training.

Now, he’s looking for a change that will allow him to find a new level of flexibility as his three children grow older – and their schedules get more and more hectic. 

Why Did James Make a Career Change?

Some of James’ strengths include his work ethic and his adaptability – and he is excited to harness those features to build a strong coaching company with FocalPoint. When he came to us at FranCoach, he was looking for an opportunity to work utilizing his already expansive skillset, the ability to work from anywhere, and the chance to be in a field with plenty of room for growth.

His other priorities include owning a company that will allow him to scale his hours and grow the business as his kids age into more scheduled days. James wants to be able to attend his children’s activities and set an example for them as someone who is pursuing a purposeful life. FocalPoint will give him the opportunity to do just that.
