MJ Torrez worked for the same company for over 20 years, much of which was spent directing a highly successful national sales team. Despite his loyalty and fantastic performance, he found out that nothing in the corporate world lasts forever. This forced MJ to embark on a new search, but this time with the goal of more autonomy and control over his professional success and financial growth. MJ connected with FranCoach late in the summer to explore franchise ownership opportunities. MJ openly embraced the FranCoach process and began vetting four franchises. Though all had potential, one was clearly the best fit as it allowed MJ to utilize his skills and passion for sales, relationship building, as well as coaching, consulting, and training.
