System4 is a leading facility services management franchise and has partnered once again with FranCoach to aid in their growth. The company's newest franchise owner is Rick Stambaugh, a highly successful executive who decided now is the time to run his own business. Rick comes to [System4](https://system4.com/) after years of leading several direct selling companies, most recently health science giant USANA.

Rick saw his skills at building a highly talented sales team fit perfectly for System4. The fact that System4 focuses on owners who are looking to build big businesses with entire metro markets and that they provide a robust technological infrastructure, sealed this as an ideal match for Rick.

Congratulations to Rick and System4 and best of luck to both for a long and successful partnership!
