A Transition to Franchise Life

T.J. Moffett had carved out a very successful corporate career in the entertainment industry, working for some of the biggest companies in the world. His upward trajectory didn’t stop him from having a goal of owning a business someday. During a recent transition, T.J. decided to explore his franchising options with FranCoach.

Teriyaki Madness is a fast-casual restaurant concept serving up quality fresh, healthy and flavorful Asian food in a hip atmosphere. The company has experienced incredible growth the last several years both with new stores opening but also the year-over-year sales growth for their locations. T.J. was also drawn to the potential of expanding throughout the Los Angeles market with several locations over the next few years.
