# Teriyaki Madness to Expand Into L.A.

## A Transition to Franchise Life

T.J. Moffett had carved out a very successful corporate career in the entertainment industry, working for some of the biggest companies in the world. His upward trajectory didn’t stop him from having a goal of owning a business someday. During a recent transition, T.J. decided to explore his franchising options with FranCoach.

T.J. began the Discovery Process by vetting three franchisors, but one quickly became the right choice. During the process, he landed a new corporate gig, which slowed the timeline but also further confirmed he had found the right franchise for him and his family – Teriyaki Madness.

### Who is Teriyaki Madness?

Teriyaki Madness is a fast-casual restaurant concept serving up quality fresh, healthy and flavorful Asian food in a hip atmosphere. The company has experienced incredible growth the last several years both with new stores opening but also the year-over-year sales growth for their locations. T.J. was also drawn to the potential of expanding throughout the Los Angeles market with several locations over the next few years.
