Educated as an engineer with a long, award-winning corporate career in health and safety, Ray was used to finding a way to make things better and safer. Away from work, Ray and his wife have routinely taken time out of their lives to help others both locally and internationally. This includes the multiple times the Griggs' traveled to Central America to perform missionary work.

Ray immediately headed to Discovery Day when the project was complete. Once Ray and the Senior Helpers team me in person, the match was mutually complete.
